Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Delivery time

Orders arrive within 7–10 business days of the day you place them (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). This includes the time we need to prepare your order.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping rates

• Orders of $40 or more: free standard shipping.
• Orders under $40: $4.90 standard shipping.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email us at support@velwinkcare.com within 12 hours and we'll try to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with your neighbors and your local post office first. Then email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
